Bubag
Species: Bubag
Habitat: Mud holes, rainy, wet environment.
Size: Largest reported sighting is 6ft in height.
Diet: small livestock, tires, garbage of all kinds.
The Bubag is usually seen after 3-4 consecutive days of rain but some sightings have occured after 1-2 days of really hard rain. Whichever the case, Bubags almost always emerge from mud puddles.
Formidable in height, the Bubag is relatively harmless to humans, preferring to lumber off when encountering people. In some instances the Bubag will simply "explode" into mud. Many upset parents have wrongly accused their children of playing in the mud when in fact the children have witnessed a Bubag dissappear into thick mud.
These oily, mud creatures will eat livestock (I encountered one in late November 2011 making its way into my chicken coop!) but they are also inclined to eat garbage straight from the garbage can. Bubags love tires too but prefer old tires left in the woods. If you should ever see a car or bicycle tire in the woods, there's a good chance a Bubag has brought it there to eat it later on.
