El Ojo Bueno

Location: Mexico (most often spotted in San Pedro)

Abilities:

The Secret Society of Capes is a pretty well kept secret.  So far very little is known about the abilities of El Ojo Bueno.  The character has been seen in many locations all over Mexico.  Some of the sightings within minutes of each other at very distant locations from one another.  I have surmised that either Ojo Bueno can teleport or there is more than one Ojo Bueno.  It has yet to be determined which of these will prove true.  Perhaps both?

Witnesses have also reported El Ojo Bueno 's colored eye seems to be able to see through walls and stop minor criminals just by looking at them.
