Silver Ghost

Location: USA, Washington D.C.

I only briefly saw Silver Ghost (she announced her name when handing over crooks to the authorities) when I was vacationing in D.C.: A group of bank robbers (yes, bank robbers!  Crazy vacation!) had dashed into an SUV outside of the bank and were making their getaway before the police could arrive.  Suddenly in the middle of the road stood Silver Ghost.  The SUV raced straight toward her.  She didn't even flinch when the vehicle passed right through her!  Whatever she did, the SUV's engine died and crashed into parking meter.  The police arrived and cuffed the robbers as the Silver Ghost slipped away.  It was pretty intense and very cool!
